2. This bonding program covers Sanders Douglas Clients and claims in all 50 states and , but does not provide coverage on foreign attorneys or foreign claims, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the Virgin Islands.

3. This commercial crime policy and employee dishonesty coverage has a $3,500,000.00 limit of liability.

4. Coverage maintained by Hickey & Hickey, Inc. Bedford, NY 10506 Policy #CRP524-48-48-01 with policy expiration date of July 31, 2014. Afforded Coverage by Great American Insurance Company.
