With this unique approach we contact your slow paying customers as either your accounts receivable management company or as your accounting firm preparing for year-end audit.  Our specially trained collectors determine if there is any problem with the product or service, a pricing issue, invoicing, etc. Debtors are asked to research the issue and provide us with a specific date to cut a check to clear the matter.  We end the call with a specific date for payment or uncover the problem hindering pay.
